Verb agreement is when the verb changes depending on who is doing it.
In English, there is only verb agreement when the thing doing the verb is third person singular (he, she, it). Notice how if I am seeing, it is “I see”, and if you are seeing it is “you see”, but if he is seeing then an “s” is added to the verb to agree: “he sees”.
